Welcome to 5th Ave Fashion and Style Connexion, collectively referred to as our brands. By purchasing from or using our websites (https://5thavefashion.co.za), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they apply to both brands.
1. General Information

All prices displayed on our websites are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Both brands operate under the same management and share delivery, exchange, and refund policies.

We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, or availability without prior notice.

By placing an order on either brand’s site, you confirm that all personal and payment information provided is accurate and valid.
2. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed for both 5th Ave Fashion and Style Connexion.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, EFT, and Yoco online payments.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Orders made on either platform may ship from the same fulfilment centre depending on stock availability.
3. Delivery Policy

We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa for both brands.

Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and product availability.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by region.

Free delivery applies to orders over R1000.

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for delayed or lost parcels due to incorrect details.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please review the following conditions:
a. Returns

Items from either brand may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@5thavefashion.co.za or info@styleconnexion.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
b. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
c. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size or color variations of the same product, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

If an exchange is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item from either brand, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Sale and Promotional Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective.

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion depending on stock availability.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
