Nice dress, but the condition in which I received it was bad.. it has loose threads, snagged here and there and the ribbon has dirt marks on it.

5th Avenue only values their celebrity and influencer customers, but when it comes to an ordinary person, they don't value you at all, which is the saddest thing because they pay those celebrities to advertise their clothes only to treat the actual customers they bring in so poorly. I ordered my dress and after days there was no update at all regarding shipping or shipment, so I called in. Every time I called they just said "can I kindly put you on brief hold for two minutes so I can check what's going on" and then they dropped the call. I called all the branches around Gauteng because I needed that dress, it even got to a point where I had to get my lawyer involved. Only after my lawyer reached out to them (they must’ve felt threatened) did they provide feedback. He managed to speak to a lady who called me back and told me the dress was available at their warehouse and I had to drive and go fetch it myself, even though I had paid for shipping. When I got home, I tried it on and I found there was a factory fault. I tried to reach out again and I was just told stories and that there were gonna check if there are any bows available and never received any confirmation . 5th Avenue's service literally sucks and funny part is I purposely ordered using PayJustNow to test the waters before spending more money, and just as I feared, they do not value their customers at all. Their customer service is terrible. They only value those who are big on Instagram, but for us normal career girls they don't value us at all. I would rate their service zero out of ten and I am definitely returning the dress and y’all can definitely keep those few hundreds I paid.
