Your details and personal information required for executing the orders will NEVER be disclosed (made known or sold) to any third parties, unless obliged to do so by law. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number, will be made known to third parties delivering the item/s.

Terms and Conditions
Returns Policy
Should you wish to return any item/s purchased on our website, you may do so for a exchange only.
The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser.
The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact.
If the item/s is unsuitable please communicate to make the necessary return arrangements.
One may also exchange their order at any 5th Ave Fashion store with prior arrangements made.

Online goods needing to be returned from all areas will be at the cost of the customer.
If one is unsure if they fall within an outlying area please contact info@5thavefashion.co.za for assistance.

Domestic Processing Times
Standard Orders
Our standard courier fee is R100 within south Africa.
For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our team will work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days. Courier takes an additional 2-3 business days. Delivery times may be slightly longer in areas deemed to be remote.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays of Public holidays.

International Shipping Rates
The standard rate of R100 does not apply to orders outside of South Africa each order is quoted individually based on the address given.
We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees. The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your local post office ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
